Should you give up or keep going?
Oh, that’s one hard question! One of my dad’s favorite sayings from hiking/ rock climbing is ‘dawn explained a lot’. Well, when you are working away, you don’t necessarily know where you are at relative to success. You may be just a couple of steps away or not even going in the right direction. But how do you know?
Sadly, life is not rock climbing, dawn isn’t coming to shine some light on the situation. You will have to figure it out. The good news is that there may be help – ask a friend or a professional how they see your situation. Step away for a couple of days and then take a good look at your situation.
So should you keep going or redirect your efforts?
It’s always your decision. Make it wisely.
