Criticism is omnipresent in our society. Social media allow strangers to take digs at you anonymously. It is easy to get distracted by all this negativity and the need to defend yourself. Don’t. Those people are out there criticizing and trolling because they are unhappy with their lot in life and have too much time on their hands. Happy, productive people don’t need to bring others down to their level.
