
Habits shape our daily lives and through it, our futures. If you are trying to grow, you need to learn and experiment regularly. You may learn a thing or two if you do it occasionally, but only through consistent learning and practice you will reach your potential.
Most people aspire to greatness, but their habits do not support it. They will make New Year’s resolutions or decide that when they return from vacation (or any one of a number of available ‘logical starting points’) and expect that it will change everything. But frequently, it lasts only a few weeks and they are back to their old habits.
It takes time to create a good habit. Fight inertia in the beginning, learn how to make it an integral part of your life and make inertia be your force for good!
