If you want to grow and reach for the stars, you need to chart your path to them and create daily steps that will take you there. Learning a foreign language won’t happen if you sporadically, in the spur of the moment, spend hours watching lessons on YouTube. You need to practice frequently and do your homework. The same logic applies to other areas of personal growth. And if you want to build something, remember that river deltas are not built overnight. They are results of centuries of rivers carrying sand, soil and debris down and then leaving it behind as they flow into the sea/ ocean. Make each day your journey down river and make sure that you carry with you your own building materials, so that when you drift off to sleep at night, you know you added a new building block to your world.
