
I swear this sounds like something Marie Kondo would say! But she has a point. Staying organized and clear on your priorities is indispensable in your productivity and time management journey. Think of the Eisenhower Matrix and put all your tasks into one of the four areas. Now get rid of non-urgent, not important one. Then look at other items that are on the not-important side. Well, you may sometimes feel tempted to dip into this bucket, but you need to keep in mind that it may be preventing you from doing what is important.
So how do you stay organized? By first getting rid of things that prevent you from pursuing your goals!
